‘Parabella’ is an innovative solution designed to ensure the safety of military personnel with the capability for firing and observation
The shelter has been tested according to all Ukrainian norms and standards, certified, codified according to NATO standards, and approved by Ukrainian military personnel. Our mission is to create innovative defense solutions that combine unique technological features with reliability.
The name ‘Parabella’ is derived from the combination of the words ‘para bellum’ (Si vis pacem, para bellum – If you want peace, prepare for war) and ‘umbrella’. Our slogan – “We will save!” – speaks for itself: we are dedicated to preserving life and health in combat conditions.
During the testing of ‘Parabella’, the shelter exceeded expected results, demonstrating resilience to:
- damage from all types of small arms (including 14.5 mm armor-piercing incendiary rounds from a grenade launcher);
- damage by 152 mm high explosive artillery shells (direct hit);
- landmine impact 120mm (direct hit, simultaneous detonation of two mines);
- attacks by all types of drones;
- cumulative means of destruction (RPG-7, etc.);
- damage by debris and blast waves;
- mechanical damage (for example, during transportation);
- effects of changes in ambient temperature;
- weather changes (rainfall of at least 2000 liters for at least 5 minutes).

The ‘Parabella’ can be disassembled in 15 minutes, after which it can be transported in its disassembled form, for example, using a vehicle. The optimal dimensions of the shelter allow it to be placed in its assembled form on a truck (using a crane) and transported to the required location for installation.

We are an experienced heavy engineering company and have been dealing with metal products for almost 70 years. After the full-scale invasion, we could not stand aside – some of our employees went to defend the country, while the rest of the team stayed behind and worked in the rear to protect the Ukrainians.
We started as the brand Zalizna Volya – the first and only producers of steel shelters in Ukraine at that time. Although many of our shelters save the lives of civilians and soldiers in the frontline areas, we did not stop and created a completely new product for the military.
